HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Website forms: When submitting a form, the data is stored in our CRM system and is deleted upon request.
Newsletter: We typically send newsletters 1 – 2 times per year via email. In order to send you our newsletters, you must register an email address. The email address is stored in a separate database, not shared with others and deleted when you unsubscribe. The email address will also be deleted if we receive feedback that it is not active. The basis for our email marketing is your consent.
Google Analytics: All data from Google Analytics are anonymized and stored in accordance with applicable legislation.
Transactions: The Norwegian “Regnskapsloven” requires us to store transaction data for 5 years, but in order to safeguard customers’ rights regarding warranty and complaints we store your purchase data. Deleted upon request.
Emails: Inquiries sent to our general mail account (i.e post/purchase/mail/invoice) will be processed and stored if needed to fulfill our commitments. Data is deleted on request or when not needed.
Some of our pages will use content from external sites like YouTube, Vimeo and Google. We might also provide the functionality to share content on social media.
Google Web Fonts:
For uniform representation of fonts, our pages might use web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. In addition, Vimeo will receive your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo when you visit our plugin or do not have a Vimeo account. The information is transmitted to a Vimeo server in the US, where it is stored.
